current owner, Mr Gianni, as known by his friends and clients,

an enviable background knowledge and has followed the family’s tradition
by creating a modern company in which respect and continuity

aimed at the improvement of production quality and hygiene. Tradition

to the processing steps, give rise to a production of prime relevance
